BLM doesn't even have a rotation, it has a combination of various "lines" that it can use under certain circumstances depending on things like triplecast availablity, thunderstorm or firestarter procs, and how much movement is required. A top BLM would know the fight and plan which lines to use either in advance or when mechanics require them.
